- 450 g (3 ⅗ cups) all purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon (¾ teaspoon) baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon (⅛ teaspoon) salt
Buttercream
- 225 g (8 oz) butter unsalted
- 2 cups (2 cups) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon) vanilla or to taste
- food colouring more or less
