    Cookie Crumbs:
    • 137 g (4 ⅚ oz) peanut butter flavor Oreos or plain

    • 125 g (½ cups) cream cheese
    • 100 g (½ cups) sugar
    • 30 g (1 oz) peanut butter
    • 150 ml (⅝ cups) heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon) vanilla
    Chocolate Ganache Sauce
    • 100 g (3 ½ oz) dark chocolate
    • 80 g (⅓ cups) heavy cream hot

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Cookie Crumbs
    • Place Oreos in a bowl of a stick blender or food processor.
    • Blend to a fine crumb.
    • Reserve ½ cup for the cheesecake and one tablespoon for garnish.
    Peanut Butter Cheesecake
    • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter with a hand mixer on medium speed until well blended.
