Mug Brownie
is made with just two simple ingredients—Oreos and milk. You don’t need eggs, butter, or a long prep time. It’s perfect when you want something chocolatey without the hassle of baking.

INGREDIENTS
Mug Brownie

Oreo cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the cookies to a food processor or blender. Blend until they turn into fine crumbs.
Transfer the crumbs to a small mixing bowl. Add the milk and stir well until fully combined.
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug (at least
250ml / 8.5fl oz
capacity).
Microwave on
high for 1 minute
. Cooking time may vary depending on microwave strength (this recipe was tested in an
1100W
microwave).
Carefully remove the mug from the microwave—it will be hot. Let it sit for
one minute
before eating.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
NOTES
If you don’t have a blender or food processor, place the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Use any flavored Oreos to switch up the taste. Chocolate, peanut butter, and mint all work well.
The brownie will firm up as it cools, so let it rest for a minute before eating.
Add a tablespoon of chocolate chips to the batter for extra richness.
If your microwave is lower in wattage, you may need
10-15 seconds more
of cooking time.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream for an extra treat.
