NOTES
Quality Ingredients: Use high-quality espresso and liqueurs for a richer flavor. The better the ingredients, the more delicious your ice cream will be.Espresso Strength: Adjust the amount of espresso based on your preference. If you like a strong coffee flavor, add a little extra.Alcohol Balance: The alcohol content helps keep the ice cream soft. However, too much can prevent it from setting properly. Stick to the recommended amounts or use a little less if you prefer a firmer ice cream.Whipping Technique: Whip the cream mixture until just thickened. Over-whipping can make it too buttery, while under-whipping won’t allow it to set properly.Chill Your Equipment: If possible, chill your mixing bowl and whisk before starting. This helps the cream whip up faster and increases volume.Freezing Time: Patience is key. The longer you freeze the ice cream, the better the texture and flavor development.Serving Tip: If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.Variations: Experiment with different types of coffee and liqueurs to create unique flavors.
