INGREDIENTS
600ml(2 ½cups)heavy cream
397g(14oz)chocolate condensed milk1 can
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and chocolate condensed milk.
Use a hand whisk or mixer to mix until the mixture thickens and its volume increases by at least one-third.
Transfer the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container or ice cream tub. Cover with a lid.
Freeze overnight. For smaller portions in mini dessert cups, freeze for approximately 3 hours. Remember to cover them to prevent ice crystal formation.
When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit on the counter for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
