Snickers Ice Cream. A creamy, rich, and packed with caramel, chocolate, and peanut flavors. The base comes together in minutes without an ice cream maker, making it an easy homemade treat.
In a saucepan, heat the diced Snickers with heavy cream (A) over medium heat. Stir until the Snickers melts. Small chunks are fine.
Pour the melted Snickers mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, add heavy cream (B), sweetened condensed milk, milk powder, and the cooled melted Snickers mixture.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat until the mixture thickens and increases in volume by about one-third.
Dice the second Snickers bar into small pieces.
Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle with half of the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Scatter with half of the diced Snickers.
Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and diced Snickers.
Cover with a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
NOTES
Let the melted Snickers mixture cool completely before mixing it into the ice cream base.
Milk powder helps prevent ice crystals from forming, keeping the texture smooth.
Drizzle extra caramel or chocolate sauce when serving for even more flavor.
Run your ice cream scoop under warm water before scooping for easier serving.
