Kinder Bueno Condensed Milk Buttercream, a heavenly blend that's perfect for elevating your cakes and cupcakes! This buttercream combines the silky smoothness of condensed milk with the rich, nutty flavor of Kinder Bueno, creating a luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth experience.
Place the Kinder Bueno bars and milk into a bowl suitable for a stick blender, a food processor, or a regular blender. Blend thoroughly to break up the wafers and chocolate.
Once blended, set the mixture aside in a small bowl for five minutes, allowing the wafers to soften and the mixture to thicken as the wafers absorb some of the milk.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the softened butter. Using a hand mixer, beat the butter for 3-5 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add all of the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped butter. Continue to mix for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well blended. Make sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to ensure everything is combined.
By now, the Kinder Bueno mixture should be ready. The wafers would have softened, and the mixture thickened. Add this mixture to the buttercream and mix for an additional 1-2 minutes or until well blended.
NOTES
Butter Temperature: Ensure the butter is at room temperature for easy blending. Cold butter can lead to a lumpy buttercream.Blending Kinder Bueno: Blend the Kinder Bueno and milk until very smooth to avoid clogging the piping tips and to achieve an even flavor distribution.Consistency Check: If the buttercream is too stiff, you can adjust its consistency by adding a little more milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.Flavor Variation: For a stronger Kinder Bueno flavor, consider adding an extra bar, but be cautious as it may affect the consistency.Storage: Store the buttercream in the refrigerator if not using immediately. Allow it to come to room temperature and give it a quick whip before using.
