This Ferrero Rocher Condensed Milk Buttercream is silky, rich, and incredibly creamy. The blend of sweetened condensed milk and Ferrero Rocher chocolates creates a smooth, nutty chocolate flavor with a luxurious texture. It’s perfect for spreading, piping, or filling desserts, adding a decadent touch to any treat.
Whip the Butter. Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat it on medium speed for 1–3 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Incorporate the Condensed Milk. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped butter. Beat on medium speed for another 1–2 minutes until smooth and fully combined.
Prepare the Ferrero Rocher Mixture. Warm the milk in the microwave for 15 seconds. Add the warm milk and Ferrero Rocher chocolates to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, with no large pieces remaining. Warm milk helps release the flavor of the chocolates and ensures a smooth blend.
Combine the Mixtures. Add the blended Ferrero Rocher mixture to the buttercream base. Beat on medium speed for 1–2 minutes until fully incorporated.
Smooth the Buttercream. Use a silicone spatula to mix the buttercream for one minute. This step helps release any air bubbles, making the frosting silky smooth. The buttercream is now ready to use.
Storage Instructions. Transfer the buttercream to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to two months. Bring it to room temperature and re-whip for one minute before use to restore its creamy texture.
