75g(2 ⅔oz)brown sugar
75g(2 ⅔oz)white sugar
2teaspoon(2teaspoon)baking powder

Chocolate Caramel Sauce
150g(5 2/7oz)dark chocolate
1tablespoon(1tablespoon)caramel syrup
100g(3 ½oz)creamhot
Garnish
1tablespoon(1tablespoon)chocolate sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Pumpkin Spice Mix
Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger in a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
Pumpkin Donuts
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease donut pans for 16 donuts.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, butter, and caramel syrup. Mix well.
Sift flour, both sugars, baking powder, pumpkin spice mix, and salt into another bowl; whisk to combine.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until no flour is visible.
Pipe batter into greased donut pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Chocolate Caramel Sauce
Place chocolate and caramel syrup in a heat-proof bowl. Pour hot cream over it, wait one minute, then stir until smooth.
Microwave for 20 seconds if lumps remain and stir again until smooth.
To Serve
Drizzle warm chocolate caramel sauce over cooled donuts.
Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
Serve with extra sauce on the side.
