The Coffee Caramel Latte Parfait is a delightful dessert, perfect for coffee enthusiasts. This parfait features layers of crumbled sponge finger biscuits soaked in rich, aromatic coffee, alternated with fluffy latte whipped cream infused with caramel latte instant coffee.
Cut sponge finger biscuits into 2-4 pieces, depending on their size.
In a small bowl, mix hot water with instant coffee granules. Stir well and set aside to cool.
Latte Whipped Cream
In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and caramel latte instant coffee sachets.
Using a mixer, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form. This will be your latte whipped cream used for the layers and piped swirl.
Assembly
Place pieces of sponge finger biscuit at the bottom of each mini dessert cup or glass dessert cup.
Drizzle each with about 1 tablespoon of the cooled coffee mixture.
Cover the biscuits with a piped layer of latte whipped cream. Repeat layering until the cups are full, ending with a layer of the whipped cream.
Smooth the top of each parfait using an angled spatula.
Topping and Garnish
Transfer the remaining latte whipped cream into an 18" piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip.
Pipe swirls of the remaining latte cream on top of each parfait.
Finish with a light dusting of chocolate cappuccino topping or cocoa powder for garnish.
Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled, directly from the fridge.
